Jason Fonder is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience leading cultural transformation, associate development, and customer experience strategy. As Chief People Officer at Lookout Consulting, he helps organizations build purpose-driven cultures where people thrive and performance excels.
As the founder of Lookout Consulting, Jason brings a proven track record of delivering multimillion-dollar ROI through innovative programs and engaging experiences. He has led enterprise-wide initiatives impacting tens of thousands of associates, partnered with the Disney Institute to design leadership programs, and directed large-scale events for audiences of 15,000+. Jason’s expertise spans customer experience, associate growth, and technology integration, making his keynotes and workshops both inspiring and actionable.
Recognized for his thought leadership, Jason has spoken at major industry events including the Disney Institute HealthCare Summit, Guild Opportunity Summit , and Learning Leadership 2025 , sharing insights on cultural transformation, generational leadership, and workforce development.
Previously, Jason served as Director of Perfect Experience at Humana, where he led award-winning initiatives that generated over $250 million in ROI, including the company’s longest-running cultural program and a transformative leadership partnership with the Disney Institute. His work in associate growth, recognition, and experience design continues to influence industry best practices.
Jason is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach and a passionate advocate for inclusion, having led key resource groups and earned national recognition for service excellence. This year, he has delivered keynotes and panel discussions for Guild Education, Learning Leadership 2025, and the Disney HealthCare Executive Summit. Most recently, he has developed and delivered workshops for the Green Bay Chamber of Commerce and Vanguard Charitable.
Currently, Jason and his wife, Jamie, and their dog Murray, reside just outside of Orlando, FL, where they frequent Disney World and enjoy the warm sunshine and palm trees. Their son, Sam, and his wife, Bella, live in Tallahassee, FL, where Sam is pursuing his PhD at Florida State, and their youngest son, Owen, is a junior at Saint Mary's University in Winona, MN, where he is playing tennis and pursuing a degree in Public Relations and Digital Media. Jason is an avid runner and loves the Boston Red Sox.
